About Me

I have been an athlete my entire life, love any and all sports, and love to workout and hope to spread my passion to others by being their trainer. My playing days are over but working out gives me the chance to still feel like an athlete and goals to work towards. I was blessed with the opportunity to play college basketball at Albion College, a division III, private liberal arts college in Albion, Michigan. While there I suffered two major knee injuries (tore both ACL's) and that has really helped me with being able to train others while recovering from injury and knowing any limitations that may come up. Although working with athletes has been my main focus the past year and a half (I was a volunteer strength and conditioning coach at Western Michigan University and am now at Ohio State University working with football as an intern) my knowledge of skills and abilities go beyond that and can help anyone achieve their goals whether it's weight loss, rehab, power lifting, gaining muscle, becoming more toned, or the ever so famous "beach body" you can count on me to help you get where you want to be :) Since I have a personal passion for working out it has caused me to want to share with others and help them become healthy and fit and live an even better life and of course having fun during the process. As you are working towards your goals I will be right there with you helping you and encouraging you but also working towards my own goal of running a half-marathon. When I do get some spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies (new and old) cooking (especially since I have to eat gluten/wheat free), being in warm weather, watching college football on Saturdays in the fall, and March Madness is my favorite time of year!

My Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is plain and simple "Impossible is Nothing." If you have the mindset that you can accomplish your fitness goals then you can and I will be right there with you every step of the way. I hope to throw things at you that you have not done before and help you enjoy working out.

How I Can Help You

I can help you achieve your goals by always being there for you and pushing you until you attain them. I have never quit anything in my life and I won't let you either. We will get through this together no matter how big or small the obstacles are.
