About Me

I love to laugh and have fun. I love people, and I accept them where they are in life, because we're all on the same team. The biggest part of my world revolves around my two boys. The other parts I spend working out, playing guitar, dancing, meditating, or reading. My deepest goals are to be real and at peace.

My Training Philosophy

We are all born to be amazing in our own way. My approach to training is, first, strive to be healthy and functional. Second, reach your dreams. I am here to show you how, and keep you focused on your why.

How I Can Help You

I bring motivation, accountability and compassion to our time together. I come equipped with virtual hugs, hi fives or kicks to the backside as needed. I do my best to train you as a complete person...brain and biceps. My goal is to give you the tools for transformation, one baby step at a time.

My Specialties

I have worked very successfully with a diverse range of folks. Runners and triathletes have sought me out, but I also trained a client with advanced multiple sclerosis for 10 years. I am trained in post rehabilitation, pre and post natal, and equally enjoy guiding the raw beginner into a knowledgeable veteran. Ultimately, my specialty is wherever I see the greatest need.
