I am a busy mother of three. I have spent the last ten years training mostly athletes or individuals who want to reduce their pain or recover from injury. I love being outdoors and travelling whenever I can.

My core training belief is that a workout program needs to be very specific to the individual who wants it. We can all benefit from a better self care program, whether that is exercise, meditation, or eating better, small changes go a long way!
