About Me

I grew up on the Southside of Chicago. I lived in Chicago for 18 years before I moved to Kalamazoo, MI to attend Western Michigan University. I went to WMU to play Volleyball and after my four years competing at WMU, I now hold numerous WMU, MAC, and NCAA records. I was given the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree at WMU in Exercise Physiology while working as a Graduate Assistant. I love sports, warm weather, pizza, traveling, big cities, desserts, Chicago hot dogs, my family, and football season! If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask! :)

My Training Philosophy

When you train hard you see results, so I began to see the benefits of working hard all the time. Hard work, confidence, a positive attitude, and an open mind are aspects I expect my clients to bring with them every day. I train clients like a Coach. I help them through exercises when they need it but I also like to have my clients figure things out on their own. Either way, with hard work I will do the best I can to help my clients achieve their goals. "Physical toughness helps you compete with an opponent, but mental toughness will ensure you beat your opponent."

How I Can Help You

When you give me your goals, I ensure you I will do whatever I can to not only help you meet those goals but surpass them.
