About Me

I love to spend time with my family! I have 3 daughters and I have been married for 28 years. I was in the Marine Corps Band as a trumpet player for 4 years, then decided to go to school to be a registered nurse. I have been a nurse for the last 18 years. I love to travel! I have been to Israel twice and Scotland & England within the last 10 years. I love to play volleyball, golf, running, scrap booking and going to the movies.

My Training Philosophy

My role in improving my clients’ quality of life is that of an educator, motivator and designer of personalized fitness programs. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one’s strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which invariably lead to better appearance, positive outlook on life and enhanced self-esteem. I believe good health and well-being would not be possible to achieve without attention to proper nutrition, good sleep habits, stress management and healthy environment – both emotional and physical. The challenge is finding the right balance between all of the above components. I hope to be your guide on the path to finding it.

How I Can Help You

I can help you reach your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am a motivator and I am passionate about helping people who truly want to help themselves. I will encourage you and be your cheerleader! However, if you need to be pushed to the limit, I can be a drill instructor!

My Specialties

My specialties are that I can relate to your situation regarding exercise. Working as a registered nurse for the last 16 years, I know what it is like to work full-time, take care of a family and try to stay on track with an exercise program. It is a challenge to take care of yourself when you have multiple things going on in your life. I can help you to stay on track with my program design and keep you excited about changing your lifestyle!
